Researcher, Professor, Coach and Mindfulness trainer
She is the MEL and MET courses designer and facilitator. She has conducted the MEL unina course since 2016 at the University of Naples Federico II. In 2017, for her thesis in Communication Psychology at the Bicocca University of Milan, she carried out research to evaluate the effectiveness of the MEL courses. Currently, she is a researcher at the Department of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology at the University of Naples Federico II where she is teaching Circuit Theory. She is the author of several scientific publications. She has more than 25 years of experience in teaching and learning. Additionally, she has been working as professional coach (ICF certified (ACC)) and she is a mindfulness trainer. She has integrated these different competences using mindfulness-based group coaching in the MEL courses design and the MET courses based on the practice of Mindfulness. She practices Mindfulness meditation according to the Theravada tradition of the Monks of the Forest since 2011.
Psychiatrist and coach
She is currently heading a multidisciplinary research group at Stremble Ventures, aiming to translate scientific knowledge into practical applications in the field of mental health and that of personal and professional development. Author of several publications, she has more than ten years of experience in neuroscience research and the study of the biological basis of human behavior. She has been working as a professional coach – ICF certified (PCC) in several SMEs, with a particular focus on anxiety and stress management, creativity development and change management. She is a trainer in leadership development and change management. She recently wrote a book on the Lean methodology in change management.
Her training began in the sports field. Starting with a gymnast diploma at the CONI, she began building her professional roots in volleyball by playing in first person and then covering the role of general manager of a B series team for twenty years. This experience allowed her to develop attitudes to “feel”, welcome and channel the aspirations of the members of her team. Later she integrated her training by becoming Yoga teacher, Shiatzu operator and acquiring the title of Mindfulness Counselor at the Mindfulness Project Association. She is a lecturer of mindfulness and body awareness for a 2nd level master’s degree at the University of Naples Federico II in the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. Her skills have given her extensive experience in promoting body awareness in others by means of individual or group settings.
Her professional career began within the university environment, where she earned a degree in Food Science and Technology and subsequently the International MSc. in innovation and product design. He currently works in Milan as a Brand Strategy Lecturer and as a Consultant leading several research and development projects. She is also working for the enhancement of students in their training activities in various training institutes in Milan. For two years she lived, studied and worked in five different European cities, and this allowed her to enhance organizational skills, flexibility, speed and adaptability. Thanks to the holistic approach practiced through Buddhist teachings, she was able to build a solid background made up of predisposition to teamwork, perseverance and self-motivation.
Psychologist, Counselor and Mindfulness Trainer
Psychologist, master of NLP, specialized in Organizational Psychosociology, Transactional Analysis and Body Mediation Counseling. Qualification to perform Counseling from the School of Breathwork and Evolutionary Counseling in Milan. Foundation Course Certificate in “Core Process Psychotherapy” from the Karuna Institute – England. For more than 30 years he has been involved in training, counseling and personal growth in organizations and in the private sector. He has carried out promotion, planning and training activities related to issues of organizational behavior, management and development of Human Resources for private companies and the public sector (ad hoc projects and inter-company courses). He is president of the Association “Mindfulness Project” and teacher at the School of “Mindfulness Counseling” with a transpersonal orientation (psychology and Buddhist philosophy).
Writer and Mindfulness Trainer
For over twenty years he has maintained his interest and active role in the field of the holistic study of human beings. He conducted a radio broadcast of philosophy, mythology and comparative study of religions and spiritual paths for about ten years. He is currently president of the Esperya cultural association that offers lectures, seminars and meetings on self-knowledge, meditation and interior research themes. As a writer, he has published several novels, short stories and articles in the fantasy genre with various publishers. He conducts seminars and workshops for meditation and creative writing. In 2017 he received the M.C.M. (Mindfulness and Compassion Master), advanced training in awareness and compassion and in 2018 he received the certificate of “Conductor of Mindfulness Groups” with the association Mindfulness Project of Milan. He regularly attends seminars and retreats for Samatha and Vipassana to refine his meditation practice.

She has a corporate background in human resources, Human Resources Specialist in Calzedonia Group | 2009-2017, today she is dedicated to supporting people to know themselves, to value their resources, build a coherent and authentic professional project and communicate their personal brand. Her vision is to facilitate people to focus on their vocation and to mindfully design their own life, generating well-being and social change. Her education: Bachelor Degree in “Communication Sciences” and a Master in “Education and Development Human Resources”. She is a “Professional Coach” trained at the Future Coaching Academy. She has earned a diploma as a “Practitioner” in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming).
