Course for MEL facilitators
The MEL facilitator course is a pathway that trains MEL learning facilitators. The acquired skills can be integrated into an existing professional profile or outline a new one as a facilitator of learning.
The course issues a MEL facilitator certificate which is not currently accredited at a istitutional level. The MEL-MET Association has, as its mission, the accreditation of this certificate.
The MEL-MET Association needs to create a network of facilitators in order to spread MEL amongst learning contexts.
Who is it for
The course is aimed at those who want to learn how to facilitate mindful and effective learning. It is therefore suggested for those who want to outline their own professional profile but also to trainers, educators, teachers and coaches who wish, in their profession, to develop skills necessary to promote quality learning in those who learn.
The starting dates of the next course in person is to be defined.
The course can be held in person in a place to be defined (we have several options in different areas of the city).
The training setting is structured in a work group. The training is of an experiential type and the group is facilitated by a coaching approach. Mindfulness meditation is practiced in each module. It is required to cultivate the practice daily during the course period. Meditative practice will be deepened in the residential retreat.
